Juan is my absolute favorite maintenance man ever. He is so kind and always willing to go the extra mile. Not to mention hilarious. Always cracking jokes and making people laugh. I see him every day when I walk my dog and he’s always smiling and waving at us. The rest of the staff is great too. Property is well kept and quiet. Great view and close to a nice trail.

This is a wonderful place to live. The premise are well kept and everyone in the Leasing Office are kind.All staff members take time with you and answer all questions If there is a maintenance issue it's taken care of immediately.

Living at Aliso Town Center Apartments has been a wonderful experience over the past year. The location is perfect, with everything I need just a short distance away, and the area is beautiful and convenient. The staff is also amazing—Michael, in particular, made renewing my lease a breeze. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and worked with us to find the best options. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

We are so lucky to have met Michael here. He is very nice and patient, helping us find our ideal apartment and providing me with a lot of help in other aspects of life. The environment of the apartment is very good, with complete sports facilities. My son particularly likes the swimming pool here. And I like the gym, it's open 24 hours a day. In addition, the service in the apartment is also very good, and if repairs are needed, they can be arranged in a timely manner. In short, I have been living here for over a month and I am very satisfied with everything here!

I wanted to share some positive feedback about Ricardo. He recently assisted with appliance repairs, and I found him to be both fast and knowledgeable. He was able to address the issues right away, which was greatly appreciated.

I just moved in to Aliso Town Center Apartment Homes and I'm loving it already! Big spacious floor plan, upgraded appliances, and a nice large balcony that overlooks the community with beautiful views of the landscaping. The Resident Services staff here are great and always helpful. Thank you for everything! Really a great place to live.
