Culinary Eye made our wedding perfect. The food was absolutely fantastic—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The margaritas were a huge hit with our guests, perfectly balanced and delicious. The staff were so lovely—friendly, attentive, and made everything run seamlessly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting great food and genuinely wonderful service!

I reached out to Culinary Eye a few weeks before a hospital holiday Soiree we hosted to inquire about catering the appetizers. I received a day response and Kristen arranged a phone meeting to obtain more information and share menu ideas. Everything from start to finish was professional, timely and very smooth. When it came down to the delivery and set up of our choices, we were very impressed. Mickey delivered everything and set it up nicely. He even asked more than once if there was anything else he could do for us. He was so great! The spread looked wonderful. Our guests arrived and they all mentioned how wonderful everything looked and even asked who our caterer was. Everyone enjoyed the food. I would definitely recommend this caterer and the next time I'm in need of catering I will reach out to them again.

It was a pleasure to work with Culinary Eye. Our event planner Kristin was thoughtful, reliable and flexible, and I appreciated her support and response times. The catering proposal included variety of items with opportunities to make more adjustments. Contractual timelines were also very reasonable. I would definitely consider working with Culinary Eye again!

John and his staff were professional and friendly! They provided the food and rentals for our wedding and everything came out great! They were flexible with working with the other vendors to ensure a seamless event. All of our guests enjoyed the food! John and the team at Culinary Eye are truly incredible. From the first time we met with John, we instantly kicked with his laid back, mellow demeanor. He was excited to do something different with us and played into my request of adding family tradition with our menu. John is so much fun to work with! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was, and food was very important to us. The farmer's market salad, salmon, polenta, winter squash, braised short rib, and build your own ice cream sandwich bar was all just beyond perfection. John himself even came out to serve us dinner and we had our own tray of appetizers waiting for us after the ceremony. We felt like true celebrities! Can't recommend John and the Culinary Eye team enough, and I am already looking forward to the next event we can hire them!

The best of the BEST. Highly recommend. Our wedding was an evening event @ SF City Hall - and was listed as a recommended vendor. My husband and I (as well as guests!) were not disappointed. The food was delicious, creative, and looked beautiful. From our stationary appetizer (Cheese/Fruit/Jams * More), to passed appetizers and dinner. Each detail was perfect. Make sure you fill out the questionnaire they first give you - you will NOT be disappointed when you see that the proposal they come up with is literally custom to what you and your significant other wants! Not only did we love the food, presentation and outcome - the professionalism was unmatched. You will not be disappointed.

The Culinary Eye team is the best of the best! They coordinated an entire street party for an evening reception we hosted after a conference with about 800 attendees. John handled everything--food, lighting, rentals, decor, music, and it was AMAZING. Chase from his team went above and beyond on site. The entire team is laid back, flexible, and beyond competent. The next morning our Executive Director, who had very high standards for this event, texted "Hey ladies, good morning. I just wanted to say that the street party blew my f'ing mind. Wow!"
