I have done many focus groups at GreatBlue and have always walked away feeling appreciated, respected and like I’m making a difference sharing how I feel about a product or service. The office is warm, welcoming and organized. They let you know all the details about when and where to be and start promptly. When they have a need and I can fit in the focus group I’m happy to do it. Look forward to the next one GreatBlue!

I have participated in a couple of focus group/surveys for GreatBlue and it has always been a great experience. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed committed to the work they do. The survey process was well-run and was actually fun!

GreatBlue thank you for an awesome experience!!! I have never before been part of a focus group. I loved the opportunity and can’t wait to do it again. For anyone considering joojmimg a focus group: my experience was awesome. I went to this building in a professional park in CT. They greeted me, had me on a list, and offered refreshments before it got started. We went into a conference room, ~ 12 people. And were shown a product. Ours was for personal safety. We got to try it, talk it over, argue...a little bit, and then just offer an opinion. Very easy!!! The surprise to me was that the owners of the product came in right after. They watched us debate. Really cool. Anyway, can’t wait to do this again if I can. It was an experience and making a few $$$ for an honest opinion can’t beat it!!!

I've participated in a few studies at Great Blue over the past few years and it's always been quite a pleasant, enlightening experience. I only wish that I'd be chosen to participate more often, but I understand that isn't how it works. If they call or email you to ask if you'd like to participate in a study - and earn a little cash in the process - take my suggestion and express your interest in doing so. You won't be sorry.

Had an opportunity to participate in a research panel on ocean pollution with Great Blue. From the onset every one and every part was professional, not to mention informative. Each step was well communicated and not time consuming. I’d definitely do another research panel with Great Blue.

I have had a very positive experience with GreatBlue Research. I have been in two group studies and look forward to participating again. The staff is friendly and the facility accommodating. If asked to participate I would highly recommend doing so.

I got a cold call from this company. They were representing a "clean energy initiative". I am all for clean energy so I decided to give them a minute. The caller then started in on a full blown market research questionnaire that had zero to do with clean energy. I halted the interview stating I was getting uncomfortable and the caller promptly hung up. Rude. When you try calling back you cannot speak with anyone or leave a message.
