This Legal Notice (hereinafter, “the Legal Notice”) governs the access and use of the website accessible through the domain name www.ide360.es and its subdomains (hereinafter, “the Website”). The status of user (hereinafter, “the User”) is attributed to the person who accesses the Website. If not in agreement with this Legal Notice, the User must immediately leave the Website without using it.

2. Access to the Website

Basic access to the Website is free, except regarding the cost of connection via the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.

3. Contents and services linked through the Website

The Website may contain links, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other websites and Internet portals (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). In these cases, IDE360 will only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites insofar as it has effective knowledge of their wrongfulness and has not disabled the link to them with due diligence. If the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate content, he/she may notify IDE360.

Under no circumstances should the existence of Linked Sites presuppose the formalisation of agreements between IDE360 and the owners or persons responsible for the Linked Sites, nor the recommendation or promotion of Linked Sites and/or their contents by IDE360. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, IDE360 does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and therefore does not accept liability for any damages that may be caused to the User or to any third party.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website understood by these, merely as an illustration and not exhaustive: texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are the intellectual property of IDE360 or third party licensees, without any of the exploitation rights recognised by the current regulations regarding intellectual property on the same being understood to be transferred to the User.

The User declares that he/she is the only author of all photographs, images, texts and/or comments (hereinafter, “the User’s Contents”) that he/she publishes or sends through the sections of the Website prepared for this purpose, ensuring that the use of them on the Website does not infringe the rights of any third party. On these User Contents, the User assigns free of charge to IDE360 the rights of public communication, reproduction, distribution and transformation, in all the types of operations that exist at the date of acceptance of this Legal Notice. The said transfer is made for the universal jurisdiction and for the time corresponding to the entire life and seventy years after the death or declared death of the User.

The trademarks, trade names and other distinctive signs published on the Website are the property of IDE360 or third parties assignors and/or licensees, without any rights to them being understood to be transferred to the User.

5. Password

The User is responsible at all times for the custody of his/her password, assuming, as a result, any damages that may arise from its misuse, as well as the transfer, disclosure or loss thereof. For this purpose, access to restricted areas and/or the use of the services and contents of the Website carried out under the password will be deemed to be performed by the User.

6. Invalidity and ineffectiveness of clauses

If any clause included in this Legal Notice is declared totally or partially null and void, such invalidity or ineffectiveness will only affect this provision or the part thereof that is null and void, and this Legal Notice is retained in all other matters and this provision is considered to be totally or partially excluded.

7. Applicable legislation

This Legal Notice will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation.
