This place is incredible, don’t bother going to a furniture store. They have items assembled, you can touch and feel the quality. Very knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. I was still feeling overwhelmed but after talking more with the staff I got a better idea of what we needed and picked the perfect crib. Can’t recommend them enough!

There are so many items to choose from at the warehouse. I picked the set I wanted and was able to schedule a delivery day and time. They called ahead of delivery to notify when they will be there and unfortunately, one of the items was scratched, BUT without hassle they ordered a replacement and it was delivered promptly! I highly recommend!!

Just bought an entire set from them and the experience was great. We dealt with Jim and he was great. He knew everything there was to know about every single set. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Would absolutely ask for Jim!

If you go to the main store there are a few sets to see there but the outlet has tons, most are not "last one" but actually new product you can order. We came from Boston where there isn't much to see for baby furniture.

We had a wonderful shopping experience. The furniture is very nice quality as well. Unfortunately I can not give 5 stars because on delivery day, half of our order was incorrect. They brought our correct grey crib with a white bureau/changing table (and tried to bring the wrong white furniture in the house). This meant they had to return again the next day with the correct bureau (which means not being able to leave the house again for a period of time). On the 2nd delivery day they were over an hour late past the end of the time frame they told us. I understand things happen and they were all very nice about it, but it was inconvenient and we were not offered any discount on our delivery charge.

The quality of baby furniture is amazing!!! The women that I dealt with to purchase my daughters things from were amazing. However, the owner is ridiculous and treats his workers horrible!!! When my fiance and I were picking up the furniture the owner continued to yell, disrespect and belittle the girl in the warehouse. I felt horrible!!!

Such a pleasure coming here today, Jim & carol took very good care of us, super friendly atmosphere, i would recommend this place to everyone! Also VERY good quality stuff. No cheap made stuff. Thank you, Brian & Brooke

We absolutely loved our experience at Baby Boudoir! We went when we first found out we were expecting, and the owner Jim didn’t pressure us to purchase at that time, instead informed us that most people come 2-3 times before purchasing, and it was okay to take our time. We explored the two floors, and decided to come back closer to our due date. On our second visit, we received a lot of advice on what is needed/not needed and the safety features of each piece of furniture (which was needed as first time parents!) when we found the perfect set for us, we also chose a glider and were given a terrific deal that they were running on taking a certain amount off a glider with the purchase of a set. Their inventory does rotate, meaning some things might not be available from one stop to the next, but with such a wide variety you can almost guarantee you’ll find what you love regardless! When the furniture was delivered, the gentlemen were very punctual, patient and willing to work with us on furniture placement. We cannot say enough good things about our experience, and rave about it to everyone. So worth the trip from RI. We couldn’t be happier!
