Many years as a registered licensed barber always member and client of sally beauty supply,the employees are the best with their customers and honestly I do recommend them with my eyes 👀 close if you try one time you will keep going and visiting Sally’s beauty supply anywhere where they’re located it believe me you will not be disappointed just go ahead and give it a shot!

Sweet people working there but this is the second time I’ve placed an order for pickup and they tell me they are missing an item- only for it to be in the store when I pickup my order an hour later. If I’m able to walk in and find the item right away, I don’t understand why they are canceling it and saying that they are unable to find the item themselves when they work there.

Honestly these are the nicest people I’ve ever met in a sally beauty. The person with the curls helped me find everything and was super knowledgeable and friendly. The person that rang me up was also super friendly and welcoming. They had everything I needed and even found some in the back for me without an issue. 10/10 would recommend. I will be coming back.

My visit today was amazing! A worker, that I do not know her name, however, it was register 1 at 4:09PM and she was dressed in black and white, attended to me and provided great customer service. She had a lot of knowledge of all the products and items that I asked her about. She was eager to assist and sell without being pushy! She spoke in an educated and kind manner. I wish I could shop this way always!

I work in retail myself, and I have a really high standard for the service I expect when I go to any location and honestly it's usually far below what I expect. I was blown away. The staff there was really informative and knowledgeable about the products they carried. The young lady who helped me wasn't pushy put made excellent product recommendations and shared her personal testimony, which is an excellent sales tactic. I went in for 2 things, and I ended up getting much more,which were all needed, because of her. I will certainly be returning to this location.
